Yardi, the property management software provider, is targeting coworking and flexible office space operators with a new product called Yardi Kube. The platform is designed to handle the operational demands of flex-space businesses—from member onboarding and space allocation to billing and community management.
The move reflects how established PropTech vendors are moving beyond traditional residential and commercial property management. Coworking operators currently rely on point solutions from smaller specialists; Yardi's entry brings enterprise-grade functionality and integration with its existing ecosystem to the segment.
For facilities managers and coworking operators, the product addresses fragmentation: they can manage memberships, dynamic pricing, hot-desking, meeting room bookings, and financials through a single interface rather than multiple vendors. Integration with Yardi's core platform also streamlines data flow for larger organisations running mixed portfolios.
The timing matters. Flexible workspace adoption remains elevated post-pandemic, though operators face margin pressure and operational complexity. Software tools that reduce administrative overhead and enable better space utilisation are becoming competitive necessities, not add-ons.
