Bjarke Ingels’ Twisty New Vancouver Tower [PHOTOS]

Bjarke Ingels’ new Vancouver tower will be 49 stories tall, with 653,046 sq. ft. of space, including condos, rentals, and subsidized housing (600 units in total), a childcare facility, some office space, and retail. Bizarrely for this smart growth darling, the project—which will only have 180 market-rate units and is blocks away from a Canada Line SkyTrain station—will have a whopping 713 parking spaces. (Maybe it has something to do with the highway overpass seen in the last two renderings?)
