Currents | Hardware: New Pulls and Knobs From Liberty Hardware
Liberty Hardware of Winston-Salem, N.C., is ideal known for mass-produced cabinet knobs, pulls and hooks that are carried by major retailers. But for its latest collection, called HomeGrown Hardware, the company has joined with artisans on a range of items like the iron rings pictured.
“We noticed a lot of people were into the buy-local movement, and that there was a huge handmade movement with Etsy,” the on-line marketplace, stated Amy Tagle, a Liberty manager.
