Ripen Already!
The weather has not been on good behavior, as we head into fall. Some of us are already flirting with night time temperatures below 50 F., which means all of us in cooler climates have to deal with the problem of lots of green tomatoes and not a lot of time. We’ve been patient long enough. It’s time to take matters into our own hands. Here are my tips for getting those obstinate green tomatoes to finally ripen.
I know some of you are just getting ready to plant your tomatoes. (Oh, to be you.) So here is a reminder of my Top 10 Tomato Growing Tips. Wherever you garden, tomato season deserves special attention. If you have some great tomato tips, please, please share.
